    Good place to gain feel recruiting

    The management that also recruited were pretty selfish in securing placements for themselves first. The commission construction was never really discussed and confusing.

    Good Pay for remote work Provides all the hardware and tech support squad members and set is great training is solid

    They volition ramp up product at some point in the project this will cause a cascade of events in which everyone is stressed virtually making the metrics, mistakes will be fabricated, and then they volition need you produce the same quality at xx cases as day as yous did in half dozen a twenty-four hour period. They sentinel and monitor and question every moment of your twenty-four hour period, this is extreme micromanagement. The leads on the project volition become a big fat bonus, you will become overworked.

    Agency recruitment is pure sales. It was not what I expected. The onboard for process was nonexistent. This place has a heavy turnover rate.

    For years, I was assigned to clients where my qualifications were needed and met the clients' needs.

    Cons

    My last consignment was with a litigation business firm for which I was unqualified and therefore uneasy because I could non handle the position.

    It was like shooting fish in a barrel to get from one contract to another. Equally soon as ane ended they had info on some other ane. The pay is ok, simply could be better for the amount of work you're expected to do. Information technology's a decent selection for people who are in-between jobs. Not sure how well 1 would fare long term.

    Cons

    The benefits are expensive and almost useless. The preparation wasn't helpful and at times felt like a waste of time because we considerable amount of time learning things that we didn't actually need to know. Each project can be vastly different and then it takes a lot of adjusting to new leadership styles, systems and management expectations.

    A proficient​ way to get experience if you accept niggling to no experience or need a task fast without regard for pay

    A huge chunk of the paycheck is taken and unstable job conditions, as expected for temp work

    Cons

    Robert Half is non skillful at communicating with their employees, they don't fight for better salaries and are not forthcoming with information on the temp to perm process and how long before yous can be hired by the company.
